Alliance Terms

Alliance Program Terms of Use

Effective 2026-08-12. Version 1.1.

These terms apply to Reloader.gg Alliance owners (the person who claims an alliance via an invite code) and Alliance subscribers (players who follow or pay for access to an alliance). By operating or subscribing to an alliance, you agree to this document.

1. What Alliances Are

An Alliance is a branded community space hosted on Reloader.gg. Owners get a public hub at /a/<slug> with chat, ranks, roster, and optional paywall-gated content. Owners can enable any of the following product modules for their members: Casino, Sportsbook, Originals, Predictions, Drops. Not all modules are live — phase-gated features are labeled as such in the owner dashboard.

Alliances are not a gambling operator, brokerage, or investment product. They are community subscription groups. Reloader.gg is the gaming platform; Alliance owners are community operators using it.

2. The Money

  • Currency. Platform balances are denominated in Łoads (Ł). 1 Ł = $0.10 USD for withdrawals and subscription pricing. Ł balances are mirrored on-chain as SPL tokens on Solana (devnet pre-launch, mainnet at launch).
  • Subscriptions. Owners set a price in Ł. Subscribers pay that price every 30 days while auto-renewal is enabled. The debit is atomic and logged in alliance_ledger with source=subscription.
  • Rev-share. Alliance owners earn a share of the Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) generated by their members' bets. The share is tier-based, currently 20% at Tier 1 up to 80% at Tier 5. Tier is recomputed hourly based on rolling 30-day NGR. Platform keeps the remainder.
  • Payouts. Weekly, every Sunday at 23:50 UTC, pending rev-share is aggregated into a payout row. Admins approve payouts; approved payouts are recorded and (in pre-launch) marked manually. Once the on-chain payout program ships, approval will trigger an automatic Solana transfer to the owner's connected wallet.
  • Conservation. For every bet attributed to an alliance, alliance_cut + house_cut = NGR. The split is calculated at attribution time using integer math to prevent rounding drift. Negative NGR days (players won more than they lost) are recorded and net against positive days in the weekly aggregation.
  • Minimum withdrawal. Ł100 ($10 USD). Withdrawals route to the player's Cubeia casino balance.

3. Owner Obligations

  • No harassment of members, subscribers, or other alliances.
  • No illegal content. Owners are responsible for moderating their alliance chat (the slow-mode and soft-delete tools are provided; we expect you to use them).
  • No misleading promises. Do not guarantee returns, winnings, or income from subscribing. Rev-share to owners is not a security or investment product.
  • No impersonation. Owners may not claim to be affiliated with teams, brands, or individuals they are not.
  • One primary alliance per player. Owning multiple alliances requires a separate secondary-membership arrangement agreed with platform admins.

4. Subscriber Rights

  • You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the alliance hub. Your access continues through the end of the paid period; you are not charged again.
  • Access is tied to your account. Sharing credentials voids your subscription and may result in account suspension.
  • Reloader.gg is not a gambling operator. Subscriptions purchase access to a community product, not odds, predictions, or wagers.

5. Refunds

  • No retroactive refunds for content you have already accessed.
  • Processing errors (double-charges, failed debits, incorrect period extensions) are refunded manually on request via support. Contact support with your subscription ID and the timestamp.
  • Disputed payouts to owners (incorrect tier share, missing weeks) are investigated against the ledger; conservation is verifiable from source data.

6. Disputes

Disputes between alliance owners and subscribers (content promises, moderation decisions, social conflict) are the owner's responsibility. Reloader.gg provides the infrastructure (chat, paywall, ledger) but does not mediate non-monetary disagreements.

Monetary disputes (incorrect charges, missing payouts, ledger errors) are investigated by Reloader.gg. You may request a full ledger export for your account via support.

7. Suspension

Reloader.gg can suspend an alliance or owner account for: violations of this document, illegal activity, chargebacks, patterns of fraud, or threats to platform integrity. Suspension is appealable via support. Earned-but-unpaid rev-share is preserved; suspended alliances are prevented from accruing new rev-share or running subscriptions.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may change. Material changes will be communicated to existing alliance owners with at least 30 days notice before they take effect. Continuing to operate or subscribe to an alliance after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Phase-Gated Features

Some features described in the owner dashboard are not yet live. Features labeled with a phase tag (2E, 2F, 3, etc.) are planned but not guaranteed — their timing and final shape may change. No subscription or payout obligation depends on a feature that is not yet live.

10. Contact

Contact us from your alliance admin panel: Support (/admin/support). You will get a reference number and we reply into that thread.

If your alliance is suspended its own panel will not load — that is expected. Use the appeal form on the main site instead: reloader.gg/support/appeal.
